What does “Be You” mean?
‘Be You’ is Team Canada’s diversity and inclusion platform aimed at celebrating your authentic self on and off the field of play regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or sexual differences.
Where does the contribution from my purchase go?
By purchasing a ‘Be You’ tee, you are supporting Team Canada’s LGBTQ+ inclusion in sport initiatives. More information on these initiatives can be found here
Will I receive a tax receipt with my purchase?
Tax receipts will not be issued as there is a good received in exchange for our contribution. If you choose to make a $10 or more donation to the Canadian Olympic Foundation with your order, and supply us with your full name and email address we can provide you with a tax receipt for your donation only.
I live outside of Canada, can I still purchase a t-shirt?
Unfortunately, we only ship to Domestic Canadian addresses.
What payment methods do you accept?
VISA cards preferred, any major credit card accepted.
What currency are the prices listed in?
Prices shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order.
Can I change my order?
If you need to make a change to your order such as a size change and/or an address change, please email email@example.com within 30 minutes of the order confirmation time. We can’t guarantee that this change will be made but we will try our best.

Where do you ship to?
Domestic shipping within Canada only. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be packaged.
What carriers are used to ship my order?
Canada Post will be used to ship all orders.
How do I track my package?
Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from Canada Post.

What is your return policy?
All purchases are final sale.
I received my order but there is a defect – what can I do?
If you’ve received an item that was defective - please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll be able to assist. Please ensure to include images and a brief description of the defect.
I received my order but I didn’t receive the right size – what can I do?
If there was a mixup in your order, please email email@example.com and we will assist in sending you the correct size.
